40:23-51. Completion of review required 5. The governing body of the county shall require municipalities within the county to complete the review required under section 3 of this act and to complete all changes required under section 4 of this act as soon as is practical and in combination with preparations for the implementation of the mandated enhanced 9-1-1 program.
