40:23-52. Use of municipal names 6. Beginning on the effective date of this act and pending compliance with the provisions of this act by all of the municipalities in Burlington County, all State income tax and data forms shall accurately show the municipal name on the form, and data processing in all State departments, agencies and commissions, especially with regard to school funding, shall be accomplished using the legal municipal name and not postal facility names or zip-codes.
