40:23-6.25. Payment of costs of surplus food distribution by board of freeholders Nothing in this act shall be construed as requiring, in the absence of any such contract, any such board of chosen freeholders to pay any part of the cost of the distribution of such Federal surplus food commodities to such persons on the rolls of the county welfare board.
