40:23-6.3. County camp commission and managers of camp The commission shall be composed of five citizens of the county, at least two of whom shall be women, to be appointed by the board of chosen freeholders, who, with two designated members of the board of chosen freeholders and the county adjuster, as ex-officio member, shall constitute the county camp commission and managers of the camp. The holding of any other office by a member of the commission shall not constitute such holding as incompatible with his office as member of the commission. L.1940, c. 24, s. 2, eff. March 30, 1940.
