§ 40-23-6-33

40:23-6.33. Appropriation of funds to pay for additional entrances and exits to highway projects The board of chosen freeholders or the governing body of a municipality entering into a contract pursuant to section 1 of this act is authorized to appropriate and pay to the New Jersey Highway Authority such sums as shall be called for under such contract.
