§ 40-23-6-9

40:23-6.9. Meetings of commission; budget The commission shall meet regularly once each month and at other times as may be necessary or as may by rule be provided. The commission shall hold its annual meeting before the first day of December of each year, at which time amongst other things there shall be prepared the annual budget for presentation to the board of chosen freeholders.
