40:24-5. Who may serve warrant or other process. 40:24-5. Any police officer may serve any warrant or other process issuing out of the court, to apprehend any person for the violation of any such resolution. Amended by L.1953, c. 37, p. 643, s. 42, eff. March 19, 1953; amended 2023, c.250, s.41.
