40:24-9. Court defined; jurisdiction. 40:24-9. The word 'court' as used in this chapter means and includes the Superior Court, municipal court and any judge having the powers of a committing magistrate; and jurisdiction for the purpose mentioned herein is hereby conferred upon said courts and judges respectively.
