40:27-6.8. Resolution vesting power to review and approve subdivisions and site plans with director The county planning board may by resolution vest its power to review and approve subdivisions, pursuant to the provisions of sections 4 through 6 of this act, and the power to review and approve site plans pursuant to the provisions of sections 8 and 9 of this act with the county planning director and a designated committee of members of said county planning board.
