40:27-8. Existing boards continued in conformity with this chapter County planning boards lawfully in existence on June eighth, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five, if continued after January first, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, shall be reconstituted in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
