§ 40-29-11

40:29-11. Approval of plans; county to control work The plans and specifications for the erection, construction or repair of any such works, seawalls, bulkheads, jetties and other devices shall first be approved by the municipality, county and the board of commerce and navigation, and the board of chosen freeholders of the county may make such rules and regulations respecting the doing of such work, and the inspection and approval thereof as it may deem necessary.
