§ 40-33-11

40:33-11. Tax revenue notes or bonds for delinquent taxes The board of chosen freeholders may issue tax revenue notes or tax revenue bonds for the county library tax which has become delinquent for the amount of such delinquent tax. Loans of this class shall be evidenced by the issue of 'tax revenue notes' or 'tax revenue bonds' , and when issued shall be governed by the conditions set forth in sections 40:2-48 to 40:2-51 of this title, governing 'tax revenue notes' or 'tax revenue bonds' .
