40:33-18. Proposal of operational amount for ensuing calendar year The county library commission in such counties shall annually, not later than November 1, propose to the board of chosen freeholders the total sum required for the operation of the library for the ensuing calendar year and identify that part of the total sum which will be used for second level services.
