§ 40-33-4

40:33-4. Ballot; form and content The board of chosen freeholders shall cause the question to be printed upon the ballots to be used at such election, in substantially the following form: 'To vote upon the public question printed below, if in favor thereof mark a cross (X) or plus (+) in the square at the left of the word YES, and if opposed thereto mark a cross (X) or plus (+) in the square at the left of the word NO. 'Shall the provisions of article 1 of chapter 33 of [ ] YES the title Municipalities and Counties of the Revised Statutes (s. 40:33-1 et seq.), providing for the [ ] NO establishment and maintenance of county free libraries, be adopted?'
