§ 40-34-5

40:34-5. Powers conferred deemed additional Nothing in sections 40:34-2 to 40:34-5 of this title contained shall limit or restrict any power conferred upon the board of chosen freeholders by any other law, and the powers thereby conferred shall be deemed to be additional.
