40:37-141. Copy of resolution and a map filed A copy of the resolution of the park commission and of the resolution of the county or municipality, and a map of so much of the real estate owned by, or under the care, custody and control of the park commission as may be necessary to show the lands dedicated to public use for the purposes set forth in section 40:37-140 of this title shall be filed in the office of the county clerk, or register of deeds, as the case may be.
