40:37-157. Park police pension fund; establishment In all counties governed by sections 40:37-96 to 40:37-174 of this title, there may be established a park police pension or retirement fund, which shall be constituted, managed and distributed as hereinafter in sections 40:37-158 to 40:37-168 of this title provided.
