§ 40-37-162

40:37-162. Beneficiaries; amount of pension Each of the persons hereinafter specified shall be entitled to receive a pension for life from the fund established under section 40:37-157 of this Title, equal to 1/2 of his average salary for the last 3 years of his employment.
