40:37-199. Officers and employees; appointment and compensation The commission shall annually choose from among its members a president, vice president and treasurer, and appoint a clerk or secretary and such other officers and employees as it may deem necessary. It may also determine the duties and compensation of its appointees and remove them at pleasure, and make all reasonable rules and regulations respecting the same.
