40:37-207. Condemnation for parks; law applicable Whenever the commission shall have determined to acquire any real estate or any right or interest therein for any public park or place which it has located as provided in sections 40:37-195 to 40:37-247 of this title, and cannot acquire the same by agreement with the owner, by reason of disagreement as to price, the legal incapacity or absence of the owner, or his inability to convey valid title, or for any other reason, the compensation shall be ascertained and paid in the manner directed in and by chapter 1 of the title Eminent Domain (s. 20:1-1 et seq.).
