40:37-220. Assessments for benefits; disposition of funds; payment of bonds All sums of money received from assessments for benefits shall be set apart by the county park commission and devoted exclusively to the payment of bonds or obligations issued on its requisition, for the purpose of providing a fund to meet the expenditures of the commission and to the payment of the interest thereon.
