§ 40-37-23

40:37-23. Recreation building The commissioners appointed under section 40:37-21 of this title may construct and maintain in any such park located in any city of the second class a building to be known as a 'recreation building' , and provide for the care, custody and control thereof and make rules and regulations for the maintenance and operation thereof.
