40:37-237. Amount collected from benefit assessments applied to payment of bonds Upon the receipt of moneys collected from benefit assessments the park commissioners shall turn over the sum so collected to the officer, board or body charged by law with the care, custody and control of the fund for the payment of the bonds issued for the improvement in connection with which the assessment was levied.
