40:37-243. Ballot, form and content The county clerk shall cause the question to be printed upon the sample and official ballots for the general election in substantially the following form: 'To vote upon the public question printed below if in favor thereof, mark a cross (X) or a plus (+) in the square at the left of the word YES, and if opposed thereto mark a cross (X) or plus (+) in the square at the left of the word NO. 'Shall a county park commission be appointed in [ ] YES ................. county pursuant to sections 40:37-195 to 40:37-247 of the title Municipalities [ ] NO and Counties of the Revised Statutes?'
