40:37-246. Clerk to deliver copy to freeholders; appointment of commissioners If the provisions of sections 40:37-195 to 40:37-247 of this title shall have been adopted at such election the county clerk shall, within five days after the filing of his tabulated statement and certificate, deliver a certified copy thereof to the clerk of the board of chosen freeholders, and within ten days thereafter the board shall at a regular or special meeting appoint the park commissioners herein provided for.
