40:37-258. Construction of casino, stadium and other structures Every such board of chosen freeholders authorized and empowered by the provisions of this article to acquire, develop, care for and maintain any public park or recreation ground, may construct and maintain a pavilion, casino, stadium or other structure to be used by the public as a recreation building and may make necessary rules and regulations for the government thereof.
