§ 40-37-8

40:37-8. Copy of rules as evidence A copy of any rule or regulation of the shade tree commission, certified to under the hand of the secretary or chairman, shall be taken in all courts as full and legal proof of the existence of the rule or regulation, and of compliance with the requirements of law in relation to the making and approval thereof, unless the contrary be shown.
