40:37-95.13a. County park commissions For purposes of P.L. 1985, c. 439 (C. 40A:14-146.8 et seq.), regarding the appointment of special law enforcement officers, county park commissions shall be entitled to act as a local unit as defined in that act. L. 1985, c. 439, s. 12, eff. Jan. 13, 1986.
