40:37-95.46. Employee rights unimpaired Whenever the county governing body acts pursuant to section 1 of this act, all employees employed by or on behalf of any former county park commission shall continue under the direction, supervision and control of the county governing body and nothing in this act shall deprive any employee of any tenure rights or any right or protection provided by any employment status, pension law or retirement system.
