40:37-95.48. Rules, regulations Whenever the county governing body acts pursuant to section 1 of this act, it shall prescribe rules and regulations for the administration, regulation and control of the county parks and recreation places within the county. L. 1986, c. 90, s. 7, eff. Aug. 14, 1986.
