40:37-97. Commission; appointment; number In any county having a population of more than 200,000, which is governed by sections 40:37-96 to 40:37-174 of this Title, the board of chosen freeholders of the county shall appoint 5 persons a board of commissioners to be known as 'the county park commission' (inserting name of county).
