40:43-66.73. Principals, teachers and employees in public schools All principals, teachers, and employees in the public schools of the participating municipalities, or of any regional school district or portion thereof abolished by the consolidation, shall, when the consolidation becomes effective, be principals, teachers and employees respectively in the public schools of the school district established pursuant to section 38 of this act.
