40:48-2.12e. Collection of fines and penalties Any ordinance adopted pursuant to this act may provide that in the event of the imposition of a fine or penalty by the municipal court of the municipality or any other court of competent jurisdiction against the owner or lessor of any such building or structure in the municipality for the violation of any ordinance of the municipality or of any State law applicable to the municipality, any such fine or penalty shall be collectible as provided in this act.
