40:48-5.3. Exhibitions of products and industries; poultry or agricultural exhibitions Every municipality shall have power to prepare, maintain and display any exhibition of the products and industries of the municipality, or any poultry or agricultural exhibition, or may contribute funds towards the maintenance or conduct thereof.
