40:48-8.35. Approval and resolution; submission to state treasurer A copy of the approval of the Local Finance Board referred to in section 8 of this amendatory and supplementary act and a copy of the resolution referred to in section 9 of this amendatory and supplementary act, bearing the endorsement of the Director of the Division of Local Government Services shall be submitted to the State Treasurer.
