§ 40-54-29-14

40:54-29.14. Disbursing officer The board of trustees of the joint library shall designate the chief financial officer of 1 of the participating municipalities as the disbursing officer for such joint library. L.1959, c. 155, p. 622, s. 12, eff. Sept. 4, 1959.
