§ 40-60-20

40:60-20. Treasurer's bond The treasurer shall give bond to the municipality, with a surety company authorized to do business in this state as surety, in the amount of the proportionate cost of the memorial to be raised other than by the appropriation, and the premium therefor shall be paid by the treasurer of the municipality out of the funds appropriated.
