40:60-25.21. Revenue from plant operations; dedicated funds All rents and other revenues derived from the operation of any portion of the property shall be paid to the municipality, shall be deposited in such bank or banks as such governing body shall determine, shall be set apart as a special fund and shall constitute dedicated revenues for the purposes of the annual budget of the municipality.
