§ 40-60-34

40:60-34. Ballot; form and content The proposition to be submitted shall be placed upon the official ballots to be used at such election in substantially the following form: 'To vote upon the public question printed below, if in favor thereof mark a cross (X) or plus (+) in the square at the left of the word YES, and if opposed thereto mark a cross (X) or plus (+) in the square at the left of the word NO. 'Shall the following described lands be [ ] YES vacated and the public rights in and to such lands be extinguished? [ ] NO ...................................... (Here insert short description.)'
