§ 40-61-21

40:61-21. Lease of premises for contests and exhibitions The commission may lease, let, rent or hire to any person the lands and buildings, or any part thereof, acquired by it, together with the privilege of using the same for the giving of indoor and outdoor exhibitions, games, contests and sporting events, for such periods of time, and upon such terms and conditions, as the commission may prescribe.
