40:61-29. Adopting ordinance In order to acquire lands, lakes, ponds, streams, rights of flowage and other rights for use for public park purposes, the governing bodies of the several municipalities may, by a majority vote, pass an ordinance adopting the provisions of sections 40:61-28 to 40:61-35 of this title.
