§ 40-62-1

40:62-1. Accounts; supervision by board of public utility commissioners Every municipality operating any form of public utility service shall keep the accounts thereof in the manner prescribed by the board of public utility commissioners for the accounting of similar public utilities, and shall file with the board such statements thereof as may be directed by the board.
