40:62-100. Bonds and other obligations The cost of any and all of the work contemplated under the provisions of sections 40:62-96 to 40:62-105 of this title may be paid for by notes or bonds issued pursuant to the provisions of article 1 of chapter 1 of this title (s. 40:1-1 et seq.).
