40:62-105.13. Ballots; arrangement of candidate's names The names of the candidates shall be printed upon the official ballot according to the alphabetical order of their surnames and the grouping of two or more candidates upon any ballot to be used for the election of members of the board of water commissioners is hereby prohibited.
