§ 40-62-111

40:62-111. Vacancies Any vacancy in the commission shall be filled by appointment as hereinbefore provided, and upon such notice as the Superior Court shall direct, and inability of any member of the commission to serve shall be treated as a vacancy. The application to appoint the commission or to fill any vacancy may be continued from time to time by the Superior Court to whom the same is made. Amended by L.1953, c. 37, p. 716, s. 216, eff.
