40:62-133.16. Filing of copy of bond resolution The commission shall file a copy of each bond resolution adopted by it with the Director of the Division of Local Government Services in the Department of Community Affairs, together with a summary of the dates, amounts, maturities and interest rates of all bonds issued pursuant thereto.
