§ 40-62-145

40:62-145. Contracts for additional supply of water The commission may enter into contracts from time to time, for a period not exceeding fifteen years, with any other municipality having waterworks, or with any private corporation owning or controlling waterworks, to obtain any additional supply of water for public and private uses of the inhabitants of the municipalities represented or supplied by the commission.
