40:62-149. Powers of condemnation If the commission and the owner of any property, or interest therein which the commission is authorized to acquire, cannot agree on terms for the sale or lease thereof, the commission may acquire it by condemnation in the manner prescribed in sections 40:62-114 to 40:62-116 of this title.
