§ 40-62-150

40:62-150. Certain boards and commissions unaffected Nothing in sections 40:62-133 to 40:62-150 of this title shall be construed to affect the power or authority of the North Jersey district water supply commission or the South Jersey district water supply commission, or the state water policy commission.
