§ 40-62-22

40:62-22. Extension of plants The municipality may construct, maintain and operate additions and extensions to the plant and distributing system of the municipality, and do such acts and things as may be necessary or convenient, whether within or without the corporate limits of the municipality, to carry out any of the powers conferred by section 40:62-21 of this title.
